Recommended ceilings

Translucent Backlit
An even sheet of light across the ceiling, with the light source hidden behind the membrane.

Printed
Skies, marble, foliage, art or your own photograph, UV-printed on the membrane.

Glossy & Mirror
A reflective finish that makes rooms feel taller and brighter.

Starry Sky
Points of light set into a dark membrane, or a printed galaxy, for bedrooms and theatres.
Practical considerations
Points we discuss with you during the site visit.
- Decide fan, light and AC positions early so openings can be planned.
- Check the height available if the new ceiling goes below an existing POP ceiling.
- For bedrooms, combine feature lighting with dimmable general light.

Common questions
Can I keep my ceiling fan?
Yes. Fans are mounted through a reinforced opening, with the fixing taken back to the slab.
Will installation make a mess in my home?
The membrane is made to measure off site, so there is far less dust and debris than with POP work. We still recommend covering furniture near the walls where profiles are fixed.
Which finish suits a bedroom?
Matte or satin for a calm look, printed sky for a feature, or starry sky for a dramatic evening ceiling. We can show samples before you decide.
